A member of the firm, Following trials and pre-trial conferences, Rosemarie has recovered many substantial settlements for clients seriously injured through the fault of others. Her cases include the following: a multi-million dollar recovery for man whose leg was amputated following a crush injury at work; a jury verdict of $1,025,000. in a medical malpractice abdominal surgery case; a confidential wrongful death settlement against a mental health facility for the suicide death of her client; a $900,000 settlement for a woman injured in an auto accident roll-over; a $750,000 settlement for a client who sustained a back injury after falling on ice on an apartment house porch. Rosemarie grew up in Rosemarie is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. She has been elected to the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Board of Governors. She is currently co-chair of the CTLA Women's Caucus and is also a member of the Women's Caucus for the American Association for Justice. She has in the past served on the Board of the New Haven County Bar Association and has also lectured on the subject of civil practice for them.
